Chris J. Cabott, Esquire

Christopher J. Cabott, Esquire is an entertainment attorney and certified National Football League player agent with the Law Office of Lloyd Z. Remick and Zane Management, Inc. He received his B.A. from La Salle University (2001) and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law (2005).

Attorney Cabott represents a number of individuals and entities in the music, film, television, media, and sports industries. With specific attention to music, some of the clients that he has originated with the firm include Robert Allen co-writer of Chris Brown’s “Forever” and Rihanna’s “Disturbia,” Big King producer of Omarion’s “Ice Box,” Jennifer Lopez’s “Whippin My Hair,” and Brown’s forthcoming single “Circuit Breaker,” Darin “Superpower” Baker producer of Three 6 Mafia’s “Lolli Lolli,” Shaun Beastley manager of Baker, Raymond Diaz producer of Birdman’s “Pop Bottles” and Fabolous’s “Diamonds in My Chain,” Ken Lewis writer, producer and engineer on 48 Gold and Platinum records including Danity Kane’s “Damaged” and Kanye West’s “Heartless,” Neesh co-writer of Jadakiss’s “I’m Goin Back,” Dan “Dilemma” Thomas producer of “Bout a Dolla” from the Waist Deep soundtrack, Rachelle Noelle manager of the Jackie Boyz co-writers on Flo-Rida’s “Sugar,” Charmagne co-writer of and featured artist on Eminem’s “We Made You,” Major League a rock-group signed to Michael Bivens’s production company “SportyRich,” and Britton Shaw producer of the Graffiti Artiztz (songwriting team composed of Shaw, Allen, Brown and Andre Merritt). Mr. Cabott writes columns in Unsigned Magazine and Foundation Magazine about the business and legal issues of the music industry. He is the co-author of Keeping Out the Little Guy: An Older Contract Advisor’s Concern, a Younger Contract Advisor’s Lament, 12 Vill. Sports & Ent. L.J. 1. He is also an adjunct professor at York College, where he teaches Music Law, and an adjunct instructor at Temple University, where he teaches Sports Law.
