Ghazi Shami graduated with a B.A in Radio & Television from San Francisco State University. He has successfully owned and operated an independent recording & production studio since 1995 based in the Bay Area, working with the likes of Too Short, B Legit, The Outlawz, The Game, Mac Dre and many more. He also operates a successful CD Manufacturing business, pressing records and mixtapes for various artists both independent and major. Prior to running his studio full time, Ghazi spent over 6 years working in the Silicon Valley for various companies such as Sun Microsystems and Audiohighway.com. Ghazi's extensive knowledge and experience in both the music industry and tech field serves him well in his current position as Urban Director & head of A&R at INgrooves, a digital distribution company/label that recently merged with Universal Music the first quarter of 2008.
